Experienced Project and Property Manager Stokes Brownlee
A longtime South Carolina resident, Stokes Brownlee served as a production intern with Key West Boats in Ridgeville while an undergraduate student at Erskine College in Due West and a project manager intern with Construct South in Saint George while a graduate student at the University of South Carolina (USC) Aiken. As a project manager for Construct South, his duties ranged from collecting and organizing data to calculating final contract bids. After graduating from USC Aiken in 2020 with his master of business administration, Stokes Brownlee remained with Construct South as both a project manager and an estimator. He presently serves the contracting company as the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Since 2022, Stokes Brownlee has concurrently served as COO of a holding company in St. George. Beyond spearheading acquisitions with a focus on due diligence and feasibility, his duties with this real estate investment company include marketing and managing the assets in its portfolio, as well as handling essential matters that extend to property maintenance and collections.
